Notice under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Nepal Sacred Retreat 2026 is a meditation retreat program organized by Nirvana Lab. So that you can apply with peace of mind, we provide the following information in accordance with Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Price: 7-day Core Experience Plan: ¥260,000 (tax incl.)
10-day Medium Plan: ¥372,000 (tax incl.)
14-day Full Plan: ¥447,000 (tax incl.)
Conditions for early-bird, repeater, and course-graduate discounts will be explained at the time of application.
Costs other than the sale price: Round-trip airfare between Japan and Kathmandu (arranged by each participant)
Taxi fare from Kathmandu International Airport to the accommodation
Airfare between Kathmandu and Lumbini (10- and 14-day plans)
Meals during your stay in Nepal (approx. ¥300–600 per meal)
Processing fee for credit-card payment (approx. 3.6%)
Bank transfer fees (for transfers from banks other than Japan Post Bank / MUFG Bank)

Payment timing: After your application is confirmed, payment by transfer or card is due by the specified date.Details will be provided individually upon confirmation of your application.
Service delivery period: Early November 2026 (planned). The detailed itinerary will be provided individually after your application is confirmed.
Cancellation policy: Because this program prepares the retreat place and the pre- and post-retreat support in advance, the following cancellation policy applies. Cancellation charges for lodging and transport follow the terms of the providers each participant contracted with directly.
From application until 60 days before the start: Free (you bear only the transfer fee for the refund)
From 60 to 30 days before the start: 30% of the retreat fee
From 30 to 15 days before the start: 50% of the retreat fee
From 7 days before, on the day, or no-show: 100% of the retreat fee
In the event of cancellation for unavoidable reasons such as disasters, unrest, or travel restrictions, we will respond as flexibly as possible. Airfare cancellation fees and local costs incurred for personal reasons are not covered.
Returns & exchanges: As this program provides a service (an experiential program), it is not subject to returns or exchanges. For cancellations, please refer to the policy above.
