• As reference for improving future programs (aggregated so that individuals cannot be identified)

• Sharing the minimum necessary information (such as your name) with local staff to the extent necessary to conduct the retreat
• Providing necessary information to payment processors for payment handling

• YouTube (embedding of participant interview videos)
